We offer three shipping methods via Japan Post:

  • EMS (Express Mail Service)
  • International Parcel Post
  • Small Packet

Customs duties and taxes depend on your country's regulations and must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for these charges.
If a package is returned due to the customer's refusal to pay customs duties or other personal reasons, we will only refund the item price, excluding shipping fees.

We usually ship orders within 5 business days. The estimated delivery time for each shipping method varies by country. Please check the following links for details:

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).
PayPal is not available yet.

Our customer service is available via email or contact form from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (JST, Japan Standard Time).
We will respond within two business days.
